End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any software or service provided by Response ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of all applicable fees, Response grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a single device.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software
  • Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the software or your license rights
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
  • Share your account credentials or access with any third party

4. Intellectual Property

The software and all related materials are the exclusive property of Response and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the software.

5. Term and Termination

This license is effective upon activation and continues for the duration of your purchased plan. Response reserves the right to terminate your license immediately, without notice, if you breach any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RESPONSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESPONSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF RESPONSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to This EULA

Response reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
