Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of access credentials upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. General Policy

Response provides digital software licenses and access credentials that are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment. Because access is granted instantly and cannot be "returned," we maintain a strict no-refund policy as a default.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider refund requests only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
  • Your access credentials were never delivered and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours
  • The software is fundamentally non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

3. Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong plan or tier
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or EULA
  • Incompatibility with your hardware or operating system (please contact support before purchasing)
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Any situation where access credentials have been used

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at support@response.com with:

  • Your order number or purchase email
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting information

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with a decision.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated licenses, and may result in being banned from future purchases.

6. Discretionary Refunds

Response reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy. Issuing a refund in one case does not obligate us to issue refunds in future cases.
